My Name is Deana and I am somewhat of a coaching and sales junkie. I love all things about the real estate sales game and have been "winning" the game for over a decade. I have been in the real estate sales and coaching business since 2011 and have been licensed in 3 states. I've worked SOLO, I've started and scaled a sales team, I've become the top 1% in my market AND the country, I've SOLD that team, coached some of the top performers in our industry and helped other teams scale as well..... all while following my military husband around the country while he serves our great nation!!
Over the last decade I've overcome some of the hardest things I've ever been through while keeping my business going and growing...and my goal is to help you do the same.
I have a passion for helping people shed all of the "shoulds" and help them get EXTREMELY CLEAR on what their goals, dreams, and path should be to help them accomplish their own personal definition of SUCCESSFUL.

We’ll begin by assessing your current business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Together, we’ll prioritize areas that need the most attention and develop a tailored action plan. Each coaching call will focus on the strategies and skills that will have the most impact on your business, ensuring that our sessions are aligned with your unique needs and aspirations.
Each coaching call will start with a check in of the previous week's commitment. We will go over wins AND losses in the week and make necessary adjustments. The center part of the call is always moving forward with whatever we are working on from your business plan. The final few moments are going to be filled with agreeing on what your commitment will be in the week going forward.
While our coaching times are scheduled and structured, if you have any questions or need guidance outside of those times all you need to do is reach out to me and we will find a time to hop on a call and work through whatever you need.
I don't believe in coaching "contracts." I believe that if we are making progress and your business is growing then you will stay in coaching. If we aren't making progress then you should 100% fire me.
